Always good until you've had it for 7 days straight.

Giving a 2 star today because our office was going to order a party platter. When we called yesterday for the order today the woman said to just call us the morning of and they would get it done for same day. Well we call the next morning when they opened as directed from the employee & she said (same girl) that they couldn’t make the platter bc the manager wasn’t in and they didn’t know how to make it without them. I’m sorry but I worked at a subway long ago and honestly it’s making a footling and cutting them into pieces and putting them on the platter. It’s not that difficult that a manager only needs to make. Needless to say we didn’t get subway & good old Taco Bell got it together and fed everyone in the office. Of course I’ll be getting subway but I won’t be relying on them for anything bigger than a sandwich or two.

Professional staff and the sandwiches were great!

The workers were happy, helpful, and patient with our large group. The subs were good too

Fast service

Its hit an miss with this depending on who is making your sandwich. I went last weekend and asked for my normal spinach, banana peppers and olives they weren't as generous with the portions. The restaurant sees a lot of traffic and it can seem like its not clean at times as well. The customer service is always good they always thank us for coming in and tell us to have a great evening or great day.

My family and I used to like coming to the North Pole Subway, but the last year everytime we come it's a bad experience for several reasons. To put it short and simple, terrible customer service and they're always out of something or something's broke. Will not be returning anytime soon.

I remember going here and the manager was super rude. I just realized that I could write reviews on Google, and I find it funny how this is the first place I thought of. I never forgot how terrible my experience was at this Subway.

Fast and friendly and as always super delicious

Usually they’re great until tonight very rude I ordered online it was not that great and the employees were rude I came in not one greeting or anything I even said hello straight to one of the employees faces and she just stared at me and left then came back and cleaned instead of helping me get my order I had to wait for the other girl to assist me. Very Unprofessional on the other employee. This was around 830ish at night today.

People were friendly great services

Seems to be under staffed, so expect delays if there are more than three people in line.

I loved coming here when Libby was working. She was always smiling and greeted me immediately. Will still continue to come to this location but it’s just not the same. Keep up the great work guys.

Good food and quick

Just had my husband stop by subway for me, I just got out of surgery and am unable to cook but feel like I'm starving, the posted hours say they close at 930 pm, the internet says 930 pm, instead they close the door in my husband's face at 855pm. So I call and ask when then close, they said they're closed already, I asked why their hours show 930pm. The woman gives me a crappy attitude, tells me the hours are wrong and hands up. Do not eat at north pole subway, they have apparently decided they don't require customers and have given up customer service. I only wish zero stars was an option.

Subway employees were friendly and very eager to fix our food, due to the fact it was overwhelmingly crowded. Very pleased and come here every Sunday.

4 pieces of turkey on a foot long... really

Very rude women working there for many months now. The food tastes stale and spoiled. Always feel nauseous when having to eat here. Sometimes I have to eat here but would not ever recommend this place, even to my worst enemy.
